About this workshop
In this hands-on workshop, participants will create their own custom t-shirt using a unique wax-sprinkling technique with melted wax. Friendly instructors will guide participants through the process of applying and spreading the wax to achieve beautiful, one-of-a-kind textures and patterns on plain fabric. By the end of the class, each participant will transform a simple t-shirt into a wearable work of art while learning the creative process step by step.
Materials supplied
The subsidized fee includes the use of tools, wax, dye supplies, and sinews. Each participant will be provided with one T-shirt and one meter of cotton. Participants will keep their finished projects. An experienced instructor will guide each step of the process. T-shirts are available in sizes S, M, L, and XL. Refreshments will be provided.
Eligibility
Open to all adults and children ages 8 and above.
